1/4 cup soy chunks (nuggets)
1/4 cup green peas
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 stick of cinnamon (dalchini)
2 cloves (laung / lavang)
1 bay leaf (tejpatta)
1 cardamom (elaichi)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
To Be Ground Into A Chilli-garlic Paste
3 garlic (lehsun) cloves
3 fresh red chillies

- Add1 tspcoriander (dhania) powder.
- Add1/2 cupchopped tomatoes.
- Add soaked brown rice.
- Add1/4 cupgreen peas.
- Addcooked soya nuggets.
- Add salt to taste. We added 3/4thtsp salt.
- Sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of hot water.
- Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Cool and open the lid.
