Today the Swedesboro team had the privilege of hosting the “Building Trust Under Pressure: The Basic Principles” course. This is one peice of the Lineage War for Talent Program and Leading the Lineage Way. Thank you to all those in attendance from multiple different sites ranging from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. During this course there was awesome collaboration going on between the group of 20 on how to handle everyday challenges we face as leaders. We look forward to trickling these philosophies down to the entire team to help sustain and build our culture as a facility. This is just another way that Lineage continues to set the bar higher and higher in the Cold Chain Solutions Industry. Looking forward to the next class in the near future.

Lineage Swedesboro had a lot to celebrate today! We decided to celebrate with a BBQ for 4th of July, June Birthdays and hitting over 150 days safe! I want to give a big shout out to the entire team for living our #1 value SAFE everyday. Also shout out to Dominick Marino and Chris Hohman for grilling for the entire team and not burning one thing! With summer in mid swing there will be many more reasons to celebrate such a great team!

I am very excited to have started my lean journey! I am now officially certified in "5S Concepts" which is a lean principle known to eliminate waste and help reduce costs in business processes. The end goal is to receive my Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and further my education in Continuous Improvement.

Lineage Swedesboro hit a great milestone today at 100 days without a lost time accident! Before this the team’s record high was 287 days. I Couldn’t be more proud of the Swedesboro team for showing a lot of resilience and getting this number back up into the triple digits. With sustainment being one of our safety principles we will be looking to increase this number every day. The site has truly bought into “Safe” being our #1 value! #onelineage #safetyculture

The Lineage Swedesboro building had a MASSIVE accomplishment last week. 100% final score on our PrimusGFS Audit! This took a total team effort from our building and it couldn’t have been done without all who had a hand in this accomplishment. Big shout out to Dominick Marino who walked me through and trained me on the PrimusGFS over the last few months. This accomplishment shows just how important food safety is to our site!

The team has worked incredibly hard the past few months and GM Dominick Marino decided to suprise the team with a food truck for lunch! It is very important to our site to establish a positive/team oriented culture throughout the building. With over 5,000 pallets repacked over the last two months the Swedesboro team does not shy away from hard work! #culture #team #Swedesboro
