  Dear Fellow #fios #verizonfios customers..don't even bother them asking what's happening in the northeast. I just spoke with VZ about how wifi is down & their template suggestion was to try using 'wifi calling'..@verizonfios throw the whole customer service division away.

  @XfinitySupport for half an hour, your automated system refused to connect me to a live agent that I could SPEAK to on a call. Instead, it rebooted my modem (wasn't having internet issues) and forced me to 'chat'. Can't wait for FIOS to finish installing so I can drop Comcast.

  Verizon FiOS damaged my property when they installed FiOS line on my street and they won't fix it. Avoid Verizon FiOS if you can. Xfinity has much better customer service. Verizon thinks the can do what they want.
