• Our top priority at KinderCare is to provide a safe and healthyenvironment for our children, families and staff. We dothis through rigorous training and constant assessment andevaluation of proper policies and procedures. Your child'ssecurity begins at the front door, literally. All guestsand alternative pick up people are checked for identification andescorted through the building. Of course, our teachers have allcleared local, state and federal background checks, includingfingerprinting. We are trained in infant and child CPR andFirst Aid. We do routine fire, storm and lock-down drills toprepare for the unexpected. Throughout the day, your child will besupervised at all times. No child is ever left unattended, even fora minute. Teachers have all been trained in supervision, disciplineand guidance, and developmentally appropriate practices to ensurethey understand the risks associated with the children in theircare. If your child has food allergies or specific medicalconditions, we will work with you to ensure your child's well-beingwhile in our care. We also take the responsibility of yourchild's emotional security very seriously. We want every child tofeel safe, loved, and respected while at KinderCare.
