Most people like to say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But, I disagree. For me, it’s dinner! So, I decided to put together my personal top 10 vegan recipes for dinner.
These are great vegan recipes for beginners because they are simple, quick, and accessible. And, they completely destroy the myth that eating healthy is boring, bland, and expensive.
You’ll find that each recipe is protein-rich, loaded with fiber, and completely oil-free. But, what you won’t see are any fake meats or processed crap that can make vegan eating unhealthy.
So, if it’s time for the kids to go back to school or you just don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen, these healthy vegan dinner recipes are perfect for you. And, you won’t have to sacrifice flavor or nutrition.
